Rob supports all daily operations while ensuring a smooth customer experience. His attention to detail and his leadership fosters an environment of continual improvement, growth, and positivity in business. Rob’s ample experience in the manufacturing industry and in leadership provides continual opportunities for advancement.

Manufacturing Manager

Connor started his journey with Stanford Manufacturing when the doors first opened as a Quality Control & Assembler. His dedication and continuous learning advanced him into the role as a Manufacturing Manager. Connor's impressive progression reflects his dedication to professional growth and his commitment to customers. 

Vice President of Engineering

With over 40 years of experience in both engineering and computer science, Jim brings an immeasurable amount of experience to our engineering department for both Stanford Manufacturing and our sister company Battery Watering Technologies. Jim oversees the entirety of the engineering department and all its employees. He assists in troubleshooting any issues that arise in the manufacturing process.

Quality Manager

Since entering the industry 20 years ago, Tracy has gained extensive experience and joined our team in 2018 to oversee the Quality Department. She holds certifications in GD&T dimensioning and tolerancing, PCDMIS CMM programming, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Internal auditing 9001/13485/9100 and various Paulson trainings.

Engineering Manager

John graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and started with our company shortly after. Over the last 5+ years, he has taken the lead on many Stanford growth projects and has consistently acted as a mentor to employees throughout the company. His technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to developing others make him a natural fit for our team.

Product & Process Engineer

Grant graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. His technical skills and creative problem-solving abilities make him an asset to our engineering team.

Account Manager

David supports the Stanford Manufacturing sales department and serves as a direct point of contact for customers. His well-rounded resume, drive, and commitment to a pleasant customer experience keeps us moving forward.

Process Engineering Manager

Drewcomes to us from Pam Trading and brings over 25 years of experience in the industry. He is an RJG Master Molder with deep expertise in process development, optimization, and training. His leadership will be instrumental as we continue to advance our molding team and molding capabilities while supporting growth across Stanford Manufacturing.

Process Technician

With eight years of dedicated experience and Paulson 1-3 certifications, Garrett is an expert in plastic injection molding. His technical knowledge and problem-solving skills are vital to keeping our production running.

Process Technician

Bringing prior industry experience and a Paulson 1 certification to the floor, Cody has a solid foundation in plastic injection molding.

Director of Procurement

Tyler has been with the company for over 20 years starting at our sister company, Battery Watering Technologies as an Account Manager working his way up to Director of Procurement.

Puchasing & Inventory Specialist

Stephen is a Purchasing and Inventory Specialist with a comprehensive five-year track record within the company. Having steadily advanced from the production floor to customer service, and now into inventory management, he brings a rare, end-to-end understanding of the business to his daily operations.
