Tyler has been with the company for 20 years starting at our sister company, Battery Watering Technologies as an Account Manager working his way up to Executive Vice President. When Stanford Manufacturing opened he moved to oversee day to day operation as the Vice President of Manufacturing.

Connor started his journey with Stanford Manufacturing when the doors first opened as a Quality Control & Assembler. His dedication and continuous learning advanced him into the role as an Account Manager. Connor's impressive progression reflects his dedication to professional growth and his commitment to customers.
Vice President of Engineering
With over 40 years of experience in both engineering and computer science, Jim brings an immeasurable amount of experience to our engineering department for both Stanford Manufacturing and our sister company Battery Watering Technologies. Jim oversees the entirety of the engineering department and all its employees. He assists in troubleshooting any issues that arise in the manufacturing process.
Quality Assurance Manager
Since entering the industry 20 years ago, Tracy has gained extensive experience and joined our team in 2018 to oversee the Quality Department. She holds certifications in GD&T dimensioning and tolerancing, PCDMIS CMM programming, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Internal auditing 9001/13485/9100 and various Paulson trainings.
Process Engineer
Kevin has over 25 years of experience in injection molding and he has added value to our operation as the Lead Process Technician since 2017. He has achieved his Master Molder Certification through RJG and will continue his education in the future. He has experience running injection molding machines ranging from 50 to over 1,600 tons as well as various robotics.
Product & Process Engineer
John graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and started with our company shortly after. He has a variety of job responsibilities including product and process design, assisting with automation processes and designing technical drawings for manufactured parts using 2D/3D CAD Systems.

Grant graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. His technical skills and creative problem-solving abilities make him an asset to our engineering team.
