Stanford Manufacturing operates an injection-molding facility in Central North Carolina, that houses brand new equipment and machinery. Every single one of our injection molding machines are 2017 or newer, many of which are 2021/ 2022/ 2023 presses. We have professional Process Technicians who are veterans at solid injection, over molding and have processed performance materials from commodity poly blends to diverse custom blend resins. We have RJG Scientific certified technicians on staff. Our current tonnage range is 55 tons all the way up to 1000 tons.

We are well versed in providing multi-color products and offer secondary operations on parts, such as hot stamping, heat staking and laser etching.
